The show unit is now complete.

Block A  

Reception area 95% complete , reception counter installed , minor decoration works to be completed

  • Level 1 to 4 – units are 99% complete with final snagging and cleaning being carried out
  • Level 5 – Units are 85% compete with all kitchens and sanitaryware installed, M&E second fix to be completed, as well as 2nd fix joinery.
  • Corridors ceilings are all installed with decoration well progressed the floor coverings have begun to be installed through communal areas.
  • Due for total completion - Mid of July, with final snagging and cleaning to follow. 

Block B 

Due for completion – Completions to being mid-July.

  • Floors 1-2 are 90% complete with floor coverings complete and programmed works for electrical testing to commence along with water tests.
  • Floors 3-4 are 85% complete with floor coverings progressing and final stages of joinery works.
  • Floors 5-6 are 75% M&E second fix works being carried out along with 2nd fix joinery. Decoration continuing throughout.
  • Floors 7-8 are 70% complete with final kitchens been installed and remaining plots to be mist coated.

Final Completion for Block B estimated – Mid August.

The external podium works has steelwork, metal deck and concrete poured,  Works to the external areas commencing.

The podium/carpark is due for completion end of August, which will also allow the release of the town houses at GF.

  • Cladding to block C – 95% completed
  • Brickwork to block A & B 95% completed
  • Groundworks will allow safe access into the building are underway starting at block C working towards block B & A

Building foundations have commenced followed by the main concrete frame for the blocks.

Groundworks and substructure now complete, contiguous piled wall retains Cheetham Hill Road and surrounding properties allowing for the construction and completion of 5, half basement levels. 

The structural concrete frame is progressing well and on programme. Structural frame has now been completed from level -05 to 03.

Windows have been installed to the tower of the building from floors 15 down to 3.


Units on levels 14- 10 are 95% complete with testing to be completed

Units on levels 9 – 5 are 80% complete with flooring progressing

Units on levels 4 - 3 are 75% complete with mist coating underway.

Units on levels 2 – 1 and Ground are 30% complete, second side boarding underway


The cladding is 40% done with rails and pull tests been installed
